Integrity means everything to me. I want the care here to be done so well that families can go home, knowing without a doubt that we are caring for their loved one in such a way that they can rest and focus on just being a family again. I’m surrounded by loving family, great co-workers and the best of friends — what more do I need? Nothing.”

Knowing the quality of life that we provide for our residents and families at Holly Residential is very motivating for me. Hearing a resident refer to Holly Residential Care Center as home is a very rewarding thing that confirms our vision of what a “care center” can and should be.

I love working for a family-owned business and knowing who I work for personally. The owners really strive daily to provide the best quality care for all the residents and I take pride being part of that. I thoroughly enjoy the ‘family feeling’ that is prevalent throughout the building. And I love the residents — some of them I’ve known for over 15 years now.

The best thing about HRCC is the ‘team’. We encourage the residents’ interests both emotional and spiritual. Outside visitors are impressed that we provide so many indoor and outdoor activities; that we support our residents by being with them while still encouraging independence. The team here truly cares about the residents’ needs in a personal way. I love being part of the ‘A’ team and making a difference daily.
